FAQ

How quickly do you respond in an emergency?
With the Professional package we guarantee a response time of <2 hours, and with the Premium package <1 hour for critical incidents. Even without a package, we aim to respond within 4 hours.
Do you also work together with existing IT service providers?
Yes, we are happy to complement existing IT teams — whether as specialists for specific areas or as backup for your internal support. We don't see ourselves as competition, but as a complement.
Can you also help with licenses and Microsoft 365?
As a Microsoft CSP partner, we can provision, configure and manage Microsoft 365, Azure and all other Microsoft products directly — all from a single source.
Is there a minimum contract term?
The support packages can be canceled monthly — no long-term commitments. For project work, we agree on individual terms depending on the scope.
Do you also work for companies outside of Düsseldorf?
Yes — remote support is location-independent. We carry out on-site visits in the greater Düsseldorf/NRW area. For other regions by arrangement.
